I have been in my own therapy as long as I have been a therapist and my journey to understand myself has informed my work. I intimately understand the vulnerability and strength it takes to face the pain and hurt of the past in order to create a better future. After being diagnosed with ADHD at 45 years old, I was able to make sense of self destructive patterns that plagued me my entire life. At the same time, looking at my childhood and family relations through the lens of trauma was excruciating and also allowed me to heal in a way I never thought possible. I offer you both my professional expertise AND my lived experience so that you can feel truly safe when we are in session.
I’ve learned to embrace my direct communication and dark sense of humor to connect with you and am always happy to answer any questions you have about me. Some of my best interventions involved cursing and unconventional metaphors!

Fun Facts
I live with my husband, two kids and two dogs. We are ALL neurodivergent except for our black Lab Lila who is clearly neurotypical
I love puzzles, diamond dot painting, video games and anything else that lets me hyperfocus to my heart’s content
My special interest is birds. I have three feeders on my windows in my office so that I can get my fix throughout the day. My favorite are crows and my life’s goal is make friends with one.
FEES
50 minute virtual session: $175
90 minute hypnotherapy session: $270
50 minute virtual session for gender affirming treatment/surgery letter and any communication with medical providers $200
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. I am an Out Of Network Provider meaning I don’t accept payment directly from insurances. If you have an insurance plan that offers Out Of Network (OON) reimbursement, I am happy to provide you with a receipt that you can submit.
Virtual Session Information
All of my sessions are virtual. When you schedule your appointment online, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete my practice forms. Your appointment will be confirmed once the forms are completed. Two days before your appointment you will receive a link for our session. You can join on your phone via the Simple Practice app or on your computer’s browser. Make sure you have a good internet connection!
